He recalled the difficulty the town suffered not having a "downtown" General Merchandise store and had the thought that maybe a combined Primitive craft and Convenience type store would be profitable for his wife and the rest as they say is "history"! The Weaver's are the owner/operators from West York, PA. They have 2 teenage children and 4 dogs, 2 Pugs, a BostonTerrier/Pug, and a Jack Russell. Rob grew up in the Spring Grove area, living 5 years in the Boro of Spring Grove. He sites that he remembers the inconvenience that it was to ride his bicycle down to a store 1 mile from downtown to grab milk or bread for his mother or candy and soda for himself....He and his wife Stacey, started making and selling crafts in 2007. They have been doing Craft Shows ever since and Stacey began looking for a retail location to open a store under her craft show name "Grammy's What Nots".
